Fee: $55.00 per each 5-week session
Days: Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

| Adventures in Theatre Classes are designed to nurture and guide children into becoming responsible, respectful and collaborative citizens. Students are encouraged to express themselves through voice and movement as they
participate in fun, interactive theatre exercises which focus on imaginative play and teamwork. Each session’s themes provide new inspiration for creating stories, role-playing and learning about ourselves and others. |

•SESSION V
Dates: April 12 - May 10
Theme: Where in the World -
Hear stories and music from around
the world. Develop a new walk and new speech patterns for a character
that you develop. Use props and costumes to rehearse and present
your short plays based on the cross-cultural stories you have heard. |

NOTE: The last class of each Session will feature a “work in progress” performance piece to share with family and friends in attendance.

Ages: 9 thru 12 year olds
Fee: $60.00 per each 5-week session
Days: Saturdays from 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 noon

| Adventures in Theatre Classes for 9 thru 12 year olds are designed to further foster their creativity and channel their energy toward a group goal. Students are introduced to basic theatre skills and will enjoy the artistic challenge of developing a character different from themselves. Creating original scenework based on the varying themes presented each session provides students with an enriching experience of working together in the creative process. |

Dates: April 12 - May 10
Theme: Magnificent Masks and Puppets -
Create amazing masks and puppets based on the character of your choice. Learn how masks were used in Greek theatre and Commedia Del Arte, and discover the effects of using a mask on your voice, body and mind. |
