ARTIST IN RESIDENCY PROGRAM

For elementary, middle or high school students

Invite one of our teaching artists into your classroom… for an hour… for a day… once a week, or for a whole semester. Enliven your school curriculum with a Human Race Theatre Residency for your school.

Residencies are custom-designed especially for your needs. Students are provided with exciting interdisciplinary learning experiences which will enhance their social skills, team-building abilities and cooperative spirit as well as help them develop problem-solving strategies. Creativity and confidence will soar!

Whether you are interested in your students learning basic theatre skills or story drama, Shakespeare, Ohio History, Native American poetry, Myths and Folklore, or your choice of curricular area, our teaching artists can share their talents with your students. Residencies can culminate in a performance or they can be developmental in nature.

To schedule a residency in your school, call Education Director Marilyn Klaben at (937) 461- 3823, extension 3132.
