Series IV: The Craft of Character
March 2 – 30, 2006
Instructor: Carrie-Ellen Zappa
Study acting tools to create the character, including Mind, Body and Voice, through theater exercises and text work. Use your unique physical and vocal identity as well as listening skills to animate a character, and learn at least three ways to improve your character work!

Series V: The Art of Performing
April 20 – May 18, 2006
Instructor: Carrie-Ellen Zappa
Experience important steps of performing beginning with auditions and casting, followed by scene study, memorization and staging, and culminating in a group performance. Learn to work individually and collectively to break down roles, sidestep stage fright, and find your niche in a performance.
