Accessibility and Accommodations

Please let the box office know of any special seating requirements or other necessary accommodations at the time of ticket purchase so that they can best meet your needs.

Wheelchair and Walker Access

The Metropolitan Arts Center and the Loft Theatre are accessible for patrons with wheelchairs and walkers. Once you enter the front doors of the MAC, you will find the elevator down the hall, just past the stairs. The Loft Theatre is on the third floor. There is a ramp in the lobby that will take you directly to the entrance of the theatre space.

Wheelchair and companion seating are situated in front of the fixed seating areas to the right and left of the stage.

There are numerous designated handicapped parking spaces on the streets and parking garages near the Metropolitan Arts Center.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted listening devices are available and can be obtained at the Loft Theatre box office before curtain time. We do ask for a photo ID to hold during the performance.

Look for this symbol in the calendar of performances for any given show.

Signed and Audio Described Performances

On the second Saturday evening of every production in The Loft season, patrons who are visually or hearing-impaired may experience the full effect of live theatre with services provided by Miami Valley Interpreters, LLC and professional audio describers.

Note: Subscribers who wish to take advantage of this service should request this specific performance (2nd Saturdays at 8:00 p.m.). Single ticket buyers must provide Ticket Center Stage with two weeks advance notice prior to attending.
